  Luis Rubiales Womens Spain Team Scandal Luis Rubiales is currently in court after he "sexually assaulted" Spanish player Jenni Hermoso at the world cup trophy lift after Spain won it back in the 20th August of this year. Luis was caught on camera passionately kissing the Spanish player on the lips as he was proud for his country finally winning the world cup. He says it was a consensual kiss but Jenni disagrees with him and has took legal action. Luis has now resigned from the role of Chief in Spain's football. He is now on his way to the Madrid court as of today (15th September).  The very controversial moment happened at Spain's trophy lift when Luis decided to wrap his hands around Jenni's head a kiss her on the lips. As seen in the video the kiss lasted a short time and both smiled afterwards and carried on with the ceremony.
